SALON POLICIES

We strive to provide exceptional service in a welcoming and inclusive environment. To ensure a seamless experience for all our guests, we have established the following policies:

1. Refunds: We do not offer refunds for services rendered at our salon. Our team of skilled stylists dedicates time, expertise, and resources to ensure each client receives personalized and satisfactory service. Therefore, all transactions for salon services are considered final at the time of payment. If completed service needs adjustments, please reach out within 72 hours of original appointment. 

2. Child Policy: For the comfort and safety of all our guests, we kindly request that children do not accompany clients during their appointments. This policy allows us to maintain a tranquil atmosphere and focus on providing exceptional service to each client.

3. Inclusivity: We take pride in being an all-inclusive salon, welcoming guests from all walks of life. We expect all our guests to treat each other with kindness, respect, and understanding. Discriminatory behavior or language will not be tolerated.

EXTENSION POLICY

We want you to love your hair for as long as possible. It is for this reason we have created a transparent policy to ensure the best, most long lasting results.

Your first service includes your extensions and install. We require a 50% deposit for your extensions at the time of scheduling. The remaining 50% is due the day of your service. Color matching is available at an additional cost and recommended for initial installs.

We will provide you with an extensions care card for at home maintenance as well as recommendations for professional products to keep your extensions feeling new for as long as possible. Please follow the recommendations from your stylist for upkeep. We will not replace or color correct extensions that have been damaged by chlorine, sunscreen, or heat styling. To guarantee the level of quality we stand by, we will only install and move up extensions that we have purchased for you. 

 

We stand by our work and will happily adjust extensions that have slipped under reasonable circumstances. However, proper maintenance must to be followed to qualify. Accepted  adjustment must be within 2 weeks of the initial service.

If you have any questions or need clarification on our policies, don't hesitate to reach out to any member of our team. 

We love showcasing our clients' beautiful transformations and our stylists' talent.  By allowing photos to be taken of your hair during your visit to our salon, you are consenting to the possibility of these photos being shared on our social media channels. If you have any concerns or preferences regarding the sharing of your photos, please let us know, and we will accommodate your wishes accordingly.

PHOTO SHARING POLICY

At Black Salt, we understand that time is not only precious but also equates to livelihood. We kindly ask that you give us a 24-hour notice prior to canceling or rescheduling your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a charge of up to 100% of your service total. If you arrive 15 minutes or more past your scheduled appointment time, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment to accommodate other guests. Additionally, late arrivals are subject to a charge. Your adherence to this policy helps us honor our stylists' time and expertise, ensuring that we can effectively serve all our clients.
